We are obliged for your letter of the 7th instant

on which we have obtained our Clients instructions and as requested enclose you herewith six fresh prints of the Agreement which is in the form in which we last submitted it to you with the addition of the Clause in regard to the Hongkong Customs Duty.

In regard to the specification our Clients instruct us that they do not consider the matter of sufficient importance to delay the Agreement for it but that they will

ask the consulting Engineers to outline a specification and if on completion it should appear desirable to schedule it to the Agreement it could with your consent be sent out to China as an addition to the Agreement without involving any substantial alteration in it.
